Heritage Commission’s international cultural relations focus not only on neighboring countries, but also on the countries of southern Europe. On May 30th Heritage Commission was visited by Director General of the Department of Cultural Heritage of the Asturias Region of Spain, its employee Pablo Leon and by representative of Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Lithuania Bernardo López-López-Rios. It was discussed the heritage protection practices in Spain and Lithuania, but special attention was given to St. Jacob Road which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
