Representatives of the National Commission for Cultural Heritage, highlighting Lithuania’s significant cultural heritage abroad, presented objects from the U-PAVELDAS database to the Lithuanian community in France. During the Lithuanian Union’s of France board meeting, a presentation was given about the activities and experiences of the Heritage Commission, emphasizing the importance of Lithuanian cultural heritage abroad. An interactive and printed map of significant Lithuanian cultural heritage in France was also presented.

On November 23, 2024, a ceremony was held to unveil a memorial plaque dedicated to one of Lithuania’s most prominent partisans, Juozas Lukša. The plaque was unveiled at the location of his meetings with comrades and friends – the “LeMaresquier” café (12 Place Saint Augustin, Paris).
